laborless day weekend
so the weekend flew by. not too much going on as it seems that many friends have found the last summer escape and gotten the heck outta town. did some things around the condo, etc and enjoyed the fabulous weather: walking, biking, drinking, walking, drinking, eating, walking...
finally bought one of those pedometer's...wanna keep track of how much i really do walk...i know i walk a darn lot!?! i try to get up a few times a week and walk in the am and sometimes in the eve too. one of the last pedometer reports was over 3k and that was just a walk to return a rental dvd!? eureeka!? is this thing right...trying to figure that out.
had a conversation last night about top 5 desert island cds...i could only come up with 5 off the top my head...(holding that last slot sacred!?)
1. marvin gaye-what's going on
2. verve- northern soul
3. radiohead- ok computer
4. duran duran- rio (it is a standed "island' afterall!? )
5. ???
guily pleasure of the day: barenjager shots!? takes like honey, goes down so smooth and then...BAM!
