today marks a huge milestone in my life. it was a year ago that i took dulli to the vet and they ran some tests and saw a mass in his belly. it turned out to be cancer...one year ago today. at the time i couldn't even see a month ahead once i was faced w/ the decision to put him through chemotherapy, i was just taking it one day/week at a time. i just knew i couldn't say goodbye at that moment, and would be thankful for every day i had with him. well, i can't even believe it's been a year.
like many things in my life that i am thankful for... i couldn't have imagined the last year without him.
