i just had an event George Lopez in-store the Chicago Region held this past Saturday at Walmart in Niles, IL. It was a tremendous success with 600 customers showing up to buy 284 copies of George’s latest CD release “EMC” the day of the event.
Many of the people there had attended George’s concert the night before at the Rosemont Theater where George made an on-stage announcement about the signing the next day at the Niles Walmart. (i was there and got to see him do it...and it was pretty cool bc the instore was my idea!??)
George was the consummate professional taking time with each of the fans who came out to see him leaving them with a treasured memory sure to last a lifetime. He stayed for two hours signing for everyone who came out to see him.
