thanksgiving weekend toasts...
this weekend i stayed in chicago and was surrounded by many friends this weekend. and for that i am very "thankful". chicago has been my home for almost 5 years and it's time like these that you are able to reflect back a bit and appreciate what you've got.
so, a toast to all my friends i enjoyed "libations & spirits" with this weekend:
catherine (from DC)- this girl likes her wine *(like i'm one to talk!?)
Ginny (from Mnpls)- she may be little, but she can drink! and loves the "dulli man"
Bilsky (from NYC)- the dork from new york returns! always good to see him
Nichols- always in for a great time around this guy and our softball team superstar (he'd better be here next summer or we are doomed!?)
Julia- cheers darling
Mike- hard to have just a drink w/ this guy!?
Beth & Ollie- always fun with these two are in the mix
Liz- this girl can dish some great lines! very funny gal when you get to know her.
and the stranger "peter" i had an Elvis pinball match with at the rainbo friday night (which i won 2/3...thankyouverymuch!)
and of course "last but not least" ALL my friends and family that i didn't see this weekend but were with me in spirit. Cheers!!
