step count: 2996/ 1.134 mile (walked to get my chinese take out/dinner and i am not claiming this pedometer thingy is exact...however, i am using it gauge my walks)
NP: New HELMET CD: Size Matters! RAAAWWWWKKKK...this is about as heavy "mental" as i get. Going to see them at Empty Bottle on Nov 6th...it will be bliss
