computer resolutions
to help and share w/ you and help you avoid many hours of frustration...my friend mike helped me out w/ some sites and downloads to help our computers "breathe" a bit easier and get rid of some of this crap our computer takes in while we move around the internet: trackers, pop ups, etc...and they are FREE.
he recommends doing this once a month:
Download/Install/and Run each of these.
1. Spybot Search & Destroy
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
2. Ad Aware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ (click on Ad Aware Personal then download at the bottom.
3. Install XP Service Pack 2. If you don't already have it. This will greatly boost your Security.

Now...if i can just figure out why i'm beind denied to any new/old word document and excel files?!?! slowly but surely and picking this problem apart.
oh...and successfully downloaded a virusscan onto my computer...for some reason it AIN'T working right!! DOH!
