wrong date, wrong time
woops...my friend anthony invited me to a show (for a band that was on his record label: viva voice) at schuba's this weekend. i thought it was tonite...turns out it was last night. not sure why i put the wrong date on my calendar...and i can't find the original email w/ the info. anyway, i would have gone tonite bc i had said i would. but i'm glad i don't have to bc i'm probably going to bed in an hour... i left a message for my friend apologizing and explaining.
got 3 baby blankets all 95% complete (just gotta stitch up some corners by hand)!!
and even squeezed in a "Cat nap" with dulli on the couch this afternoon for a bit. i swear he purred the whole time he was laying with me on the couch. his purring is a constant reminder and reassurance that i'm doing (and did) the right thing.
NP: 2 snow patrol tunes i just downloaded from itunes...i can't get enough of this band!! best record of the year: Final Straw!
